Crisis and resources
If you need help now
You do not have to be sure that you are in danger to ask for help.
In crisis? Call or text 988
The Suicide and Crisis Lifeline answers any time, every day. You can call, or send a text.
Call 988In an emergency, call 911
If someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
We are not an emergency service
Our phone is answered in office hours. This site and our messages are not monitored around the clock. We do not have an after-hours on-call line.
Between sessions
If you are a client and you are struggling between sessions, call or text 988 first. Tell your clinician at your next session, and say so on the phone if you need the next session sooner: we will do what we can.
If you are worried about someone else, you can call or text 988 too. You do not need to be the person in crisis.
