Individual therapy
One to one, after the work day
For adults who want a regular hour of their own, on a weeknight or a weekend.
A 50-minute hour
Sessions start on the hour. On weeknights the last one begins at 8 p.m.
A standing time
Most people keep the same evening or weekend slot every week or every other week.
You set the pace
Your clinician explains how they work and checks in about whether it suits you.

What to know first
How we work
Each clinician names the approach they use and where they trained, in the first session. Ask as many questions as you like.
What this is not
Individual therapy is talk therapy. We do not prescribe medication and we are not an emergency service. If you need either, we will help you find them.
How often, and for how long
Your clinician sets the pace with you. We do not promise a number of sessions.
How it is paid
With insurance, or by the session if you pay yourself, with a written estimate in advance.

Questions
Questions about individual therapy
Which evenings can I see someone?
Every weeknight until 9 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday. Which hours a clinician keeps is on their page.
Can I switch clinicians?
Yes. If the first fit is not right, tell us and we will match you with someone else, without any awkwardness.
Do I have to come every week?
No. Many people meet every other week. Your clinician helps you choose a rhythm you can keep.
Ask for an evening hour
Tell us which hours suit you, and we will suggest a clinician and a time.
