Group programs
Three small groups, in the evening and on Saturday
Group programs meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and on Saturday mornings, and are paid by the session.
Small on purpose
Each group is capped so that everyone who wants a turn gets one.
A short intake first
You meet the leader before you join, so the group is a good fit.
Ground rules, said aloud
What is said in the room stays in the room, with the limits the law sets.

Before you book
What to know first
How we work
Each group leader names the approach they use and where they trained, and explains the ground rules before the first meeting.
What this is not
A group is not a replacement for one-to-one care if you need it, and it is not crisis care. If you are struggling between meetings, call or text 988.
How often, and for how long
Groups meet weekly or every other week for 90 minutes. You can stop whenever you choose.
How it is paid
By the session, and we send a written good faith estimate before your first group. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are open; ask how to request one. Ask us whether your plan covers group sessions.

Questions
Questions about group programs
Do I have to speak?
No. You can listen for as long as you like.
Can I be in a group and see a clinician one to one?
Yes. If both are at the practice, your clinicians can talk to each other, but only with your written permission.
What if a group is full?
We keep a short list and tell you when a place opens. We do not promise a start date.
Ask about a group
Tell us which evening or Saturday suits you, and the group leader will call you for a short intake conversation.
