Teresa Blair
Clinical director and therapist, LISW
She leads the practice and sees adults on three weeknights, after the work day is over.
Teresa opened the practice so that a person with a day job could be seen at a decent hour. She sees adults one to one and co-leads the Tuesday evening skills group.
She sees
- Adults who work until dark
- People carrying a lot at home and at work
- Anyone starting therapy for the first time

How Teresa works
Teresa begins with listening and a plain explanation of how she works. She names the approach she is using and where she trained, and she asks what you want from the hour before she suggests anything.
Sessions are 50 minutes. She does not set a number of visits in advance: the two of you decide together how often to meet and when to stop.
