How Trevon works
Trevon keeps his sessions practical. He explains the method he is using and where he trained, and he will suggest one small thing to try between visits only if you want one.
He is on the schedule most weeknights until 9 p.m. and on Saturdays, so there is usually a standing time you can keep around your own shifts.
